When I’m in Goa I tend to slow down and read more, especially inspiring autobiographies. The one I’m enjoying at the moment is ‘Living The Best Day Ever’ by Hendri Coetzee.

He died, eventually eaten by a crocodile, but his story is seat-of-the-pants inspiring and an example of how to live life fully, on the edge and in the pursuit of the best day ever.
